A transparent, step-by-step process. No hidden fees, no opaque structures. You speak directly to our team and make decisions with full information.
INVESTMENT STEP
Step by step Process
01
Submit Your Investor Inquiry

02
Receive Your Project Shortlist
Within 48 working hours, your investment manager will send a personalised shortlist of 2–4 projects matched to your inquiry, with a brief summary of each. This is your first detailed view of the opportunities.
You’ll receive: Project code, sector, location, target IRR, hold period, minimum investment, current allocation status, and a 1-page summary. No financial commitment is made at this stage.
03

04
Attend an Investor Call
Before committing capital, we arrange a live call (video or phone) with your investment manager and, where possible, the project development team. This is your opportunity to ask detailed questions and get direct answers.
Typical call duration: 45–60 minutes. Post-call, you receive written responses to any open questions and a final checklist before signing.
05
Sign the Investment Agreement
Execute the Investment Agreement a legally binding document specifying your capital amount, project allocation, expected returns schedule, reporting obligations, and exit conditions. Signed digitally via DocuSign.
Key agreement terms covered: Investment amount, project equity percentage, distribution schedule, construction milestones, step-in rights, reporting frequency, exit mechanism (secondary sale or project refinancing).
06
Transfer Funds (Manual Wire)
All fund transfers are conducted via manual bank wire to the project’s dedicated escrow account. We support transfers in USD, EUR, GBP, and AED. Bank account details and SWIFT/IBAN provided in your onboarding pack.
Transfer confirmed: Within 24 hours of funds received, you receive a formal written confirmation, an investment certificate, and your investor portal onboarding details with your first quarterly reporting date.
07
Ongoing Reporting & Updates
Once invested, you receive quarterly reports covering construction/operational progress, revenue, expenses, and projected distributions. Annual financial statements are prepared and audited by an independent firm.
Reporting cadence: Quarterly operational updates → Annual audited financials → Distribution notifications (per agreement) → Exit/refinancing communications.
